Hgc level 3+ if I might of had a mc

Yea hi I took a a clear blue digital advanced test with week estimator? Now here's the question if I had a MC would it still be showing pregnante and 3+ ? I could understand it still saying pregnante because my hormones are still going crazy but would it still be reading 3+ on the hgc reading ? I don't know if I had a MC just don't feel pregnant anymore
