High and Peak Reading Really Early

My cycle is between 28 and 31 days. I started using the advanced ovulation testing strips on day 10 and got low fertility which I expected. I took the test again on day 11 and got high fertility which I wasn't expecting. Then I took the test on day 12 and got the solid smiley face for peak fertility. Today is day 13 so the solid smiley face is still there. Did I do something wrong because the high and peak fertility seem to be about a week early than all the literature and apps say it should be and also I had only one day of high fertility before it jumped right to peak. What should I do? I've never had a cycle less than 28 days and it is usually closer to 30 or 31.
