High fertility and then low fertility

Hi I tested using the advance clear blue ovulation test kit on CD18.It showed high fertility in the afternoon at 2:00 pm and then the next day early morning CD 19 I tested with my first urine it shows low fertility.Am I testing it wrong.I am confused.Please can you advise.
