Hi Kesha - An ovulation test can't tell you if you are pregnant.  If you suspect you are pregnant then we recommend you take a pregnancy test.  Good luck!

I would have to disagree and say an ovulation test can detect a pregnancy. It can pick up a certain amount of HCG and thats why it says in the instructions that pregnancy can effect the results of the test. My hcg level was at 42 when the ovulation had picked it up.
