High Fertility Reading After Peak?

Hello,

On my first day of testing this cycle, I received a negative/low fertility reading. On the second day of testing I received a flashing smiley face and have now received one for 6 days in a row without peak fertility. 
If I missed my surge due to it being too low to be picked up or short/between testing windows (for the first four days I only tested in the morning), would I continue to receive high fertility readings after I ovulate?
