Hong Kong Faulty product

Hi... I live in Hong Kong and just purchased Clearblue Digital Ovulation test. It does not work (nothing shows on the screen when I stick the test stick into the holder) and there is no customer service line in Hong Kong. Can you please help how I can get refund for the faulty product? Thanks.

Hi Michelle - We're sorry to hear that happened - it must be really frustrating.  Please do return it to the place of purchase along with the purchase receipt for a refund.
