Horizontal Line - Clearblue Plus Preg Test

I took a ClearBlue Plus test and the results already showed up before I took it. Is it defective? I called the help line and they told me that this was impossible and to have a nice day. That was very disappointing to hear rather than receiving help

Thanks for getting in touch with us, Mesha. The horizontal line on a Clearblue Plus pregnancy test is prepainted, and it's perfectly normal to see it before testing. If your result is positive, a vertical line will appear after 3 minutes to form a 'Plus' sign. If a vertical line does not appear, your result is negative. Remember to read your result within 10 minutes of performing the test.
