how could it possible be ???

I used OPK on Thursday ( Dec 17 ) , it was negative. Then it turn positive on Friday, by Saturday I had small bleed then Sunday came period ( bleeding flow ) . I was confused........ I had D & C on November 18 and is might be hormone or ????
The smile face was on for 2 days .
