I am confused about a reading on the pregnancy test with week estimator

Question

I recently took a pregnancy test with week estimator and it said 'not pregnant' But underneath it said 3+ weeks I guess. Does this mean I am pregnant or not pregnant? I am really confused.

Sounds like a faulty test. I'd test again in a few days.
