I can't get my results

Hi I have to say I am beyond upset I was going to continue to take the test until I got my peak day. I have followed all the instructions before and this day wasn't any different. The reader would start blinking a book and an arrow. I tried to do another test and it just didn't do anything didn't blink or read it of give me any face. No matter how many times i try it won't give a result. I am so dissapounted because I will never know my peak day. I just bought this kit and feel so discouraged now I'll have to wait another month to make sure I'm ovulating! We have been trying a few months and as you can imagine this is super frustrating. I paid 60$ fir this 2 month kit. That's expensive for it not to work! I went with your brand because I trust it but I guess more expensive isn't always better.
