I started testing CD8, but not first thing in the morning

I began testing on the afternoon of CD8 with urine that had not been in my bladder for four hours. I got a circle since it was the first time using it. The next morning I got high fertility. I understand that the high fertility may not be accurate, but if I get a peak reading, can I still rely on those results? Do I even have a chance of getting pregnant this cycle since I messed up the test?
