Is the test Defective?

First off, I love your products.

Okay so I tested 2 days ago and when I was taking the "Advanced Digital Test" [i believe it's called] I saw the hr glass but then it disappear and saw a flashing book. I looked at directions and then it said that was an error. What should I do? Was the test defective?
