Is there a way to reset the digital ovulation device?

We know it must have been disappointing when your wife received an error symbol, Paulo.  There are a few different versions of the book error, but what I'm seeing in the leaflet for Q20 isn't one of the book errors.  Does the error symbol have only a book with an arrow?  Or does it show a book and arrow with a test stick (either solid or flashing)?  Also, if you're not in the U.S., may I ask in which country you're located?  Thanks so much!
