Issue with digital reader

I purchased a digital reader and 20 tests, I’ve used this twice and now it is showing the manual symbol. Upon reading instructions it says I can no longer use this reader which feels insane that I’ve paid all that money and am part way through testing this cycle only for it no longer work!! I’m really unhappy about this and don’t think I should have to purchase another pack when the fault is with the product. Happy to send photos. Please can you look into this for me. Thank you
