Lh surge vs fluid

Hello, It's my first cycle using the clearblue fertility monitor and in some cycles I can identify my fertility period and my ovolation day, based on that specific fluid. This cycle was one of those which I easily recognized my ovulation day but a peak fertility was not shown, I stayed on high fertility. Is that possible? Not to have an LH surge even the fluid is as described of ovulation (sticky egg yolk).

Hi Carolina - We're glad you chose Clearblue to help you on your journey to conceive. Occasionally some women may have an LH surge that is too low or too short for the monitor to detect, or they may not ovulate during a cycle and therefore won't see Peak Fertility. This isn't unusual and may happen in approximately 8% of cycles.

It is also important not to miss any tests and use a urine sample that is concentrated enough (been in the bladder for at least 4 hours). If you don't see Peak Fertility over a number of cycles, we recommend discussing this with your doctor.
