Missed a day of testing after flashing smiley

Hello, I got a flashing smiley on Monday then forgot to test on Tuesday and then I got a flashing smiley on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. In months past I’ve always only gotten 2 days of flashing and then the solid. Did missing a day mess up the tests?
