Missed my test on Day 13 on the cycle. Could this effect my Day 14 results??

Hi , Started testing on Day 11 of my cycle. On day 11 and 12 testing, it came as low fertility. On day 13 the test did not display any results as it went blank. On cycle day 14 the monitor was working fine and it showed high fertility. Can I rely on these results? or did day 13 blank results could have effect my day 14 results??? I am now confused it I can rely on my test. please advice.
