Monitor missing estrogen rise and lh surge

Question

My monitor has completely missed my estrogen rise AND lh surge for my last two cycles. What am I doing wrong? Or what is wrong with my monitor? I have the touchscreen one, only been using it since January, no battery problems, testing regularly with the correct test sticks.
