Monitor not working
Hello, I used the clearblue easy fertility monitor very successfully with my son and fell pregnant after only one month! However this time around, after I have used it for 10 days, it shows the 'test stick slot is not ready' icon and when I clean it (as per the instructions) and turn it on the device it displays the 'your monitor is not working' icon. As I live outside the USA (in Africa) I cannot phone your toll free line for assistance. Please help

When the "! + phone" symbol is displayed, there is no troubleshooting we can do other than retrieve the monitor for inspection. You've reached Clearblue in the U.S., and unfortunately, our U.S. customer support team is unable to retrieve products from other countries.
