Morning Positive afternoon negative?

Question

My clear blue digital came back pregnant with 1-2 weeks this morning with first urine of the day and has been for the past few days in the  morning.  Today before my 2nd betal I wanted to prepare myself so took another test in the afternoon and it said not pregnant.  Is this accurate or is first morning urine more accurate?

The level of hCG fluctuates as it rises, and it's possible that the Weeks Estimator will give unexpected results if you test again too soon or if you don't use your first urine of the day.
