My holder is displaying the error symbol C.

I bought the clearblue ovulation test advanced last autumn. I used it only 11 times (It means that I spent 11 sticks.)
I didn't use it this year.
Today, I pick the holder to use, the holder display the error symbol C. (book sign)
What can I do to use it?
