We know it must be frustrating to have received an error symbol, Trupti.  It would be best to chat with you so we can learn more and help.  May we ask in which country you're in?

Thanks for writing back, Trupti.  You've reached Clearblue in the United States, and it would be best if you contacted Clearblue in India.  Here's a link to the 'Contact Us' page for our Indian website:  http://in.clearblue.com/contact-us and you can reach them by phone at 000 800 440 2445.  Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 11:30-19:30 IST.  Hope this helps!

Hi Karen, I have the same issue and am based in Singapore but I purchased off Amazon in the US. Please advise.

We're sorry this happened, Rebecca.  Unfortunately, we don't have a telephone number for customer support in Singapore.  We know you purchased it from the US, but our US telephone number can only be dialed from within the US.  Your best bet is to contact Amazon about their return/exchange policy.

Karen that is not an acceptable response as Amazon is not responsible for the faulty goods, ClearBlue is responsible. Please provide a contact number or email so someone can send me a replacement.

Thanks for writing back, Rebecca.  As much as we'd like to help, the return needs to be handled by the retailer.  Here's a link to their return policy:  http://www.amazon.com/gp/css/returns/homepage.html/ref=hy_f_4
