My test doesn't work and it was expensive.

Question

My husband bought me the 20 test box of the Advanced digital ovulation kit.  Since the first stick that I plugged in it gave me a smiley face prior to even testing.  I reinserted the stick, still a smiley face. I tried another stick, another smiley face. Now the smiley face is just permanently plastered on the stick. I mean it's nice to have something smile you all of the time, but $50 later and no actual information is just frustrating.  Can I please get a coupon for another kit or can I get a refund please.

No. I think I'll write again today or call. It's kind of ridiculous. $50 later and I get stick that just smiles at me...all of the time.
