No Blue Lines - Blank Test, 2 Days in a row - HELP!

Using the 7-pack OPK, and have gotten a ZERO read two days in a row - as in NO blue lines whatsoever. I just bought the kit, and the expiration date is 3/17 - so that's fine. Do I return and try another kit? It's incredibly frustrating to have possibly missed a window because of a faulty kit. :-(

Hi Meghan - We're sorry to hear of the problems you have had.  In our experience this issue is almost always caused by the application of too much or not enough urine or inverting the test after sampling.  We recommend that you collect a sample (rather than test in the stream) and dip the sampler for 20 seconds as this method is more controlled.  If you continue to have problems when testing this way please keep the tests that you had a problem with and call us at  1-800-321-3279 so we can arrange to have the test back for an investigation. We're open Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm ET and will be glad to assist you.

Thank you so much! That's helpful. I probably messed it up by inverting it too quickly. I bought the digital kind and started a new pack this morning, and it seemed to work ok. Thanks again!

I had the same issue this morning. So should we try and take a sample and then dip like suggested? our package expires in 06/2017

That's what I did was 'dip' and it made the difference.
