No high or peak fertility?

Hi there,

During my first cycle of testing I was able to get high fertility symbols but didn't get a peak fertility symbol. Second time around and now I'm not even getting high fertility symbols during my fertile window, only lows. 

Does this mean I'm experiencing anovulation?
