No LH surge detected, but confirmed ovulation via doctor.

Question

Hi, I believe I have purchased a faulty pack of the digital ovulation test strips. For the past two months they have not been picking up my LH surge, when in fact i have confirmed ovulation via blood test through my doctor. Are there any recalls?
