Not getting peak fertility

I had intercourse the day before experiencing high fertility (flashing smiley face) on my advanced clear blue ovulation tracker. Two days later, I took the morning-after pill (Plan B) within 72 hours. Despite this, I continue to experience high fertility without reaching peak fertility, and I am close to my expected period. Does this mean I could be pregnant, or has the Plan B pill worked effectively?
