Ovulation Kit Questions
I did an ovulation kit the month of December. I never had a high fertility with the flashing smiley face. On 12/20 I showed a open circle showing no fertility and then on 12/21, I got a solid smiley face of peak fertility. The smiley face stayed on for 48 hours and then went off. I continued taking the ovulation tests because my ovulation date should have been around 12/27. On 12/28 I got another peak fertility. Can you please explain why I am not getting high fertility and only peak fertility and then why I am getting 2 peak fertilities in one month? It is confusing me and my cycles even more. Thank you!

It's possible for your result to change from Low Fertility to Peak Fertility without displaying High Fertility. This can happen if your estrogen level isn't high enough to be detected by the test, if the changes in your estrogen & LH levels occur on the same day, if a test is inadvertently missed, or if testing begins too late in your cycle. You can still be assured that by seeing Peak Fertility, you have still found your 2 best days to conceive.
Once you see Peak Fertility, stop testing & have intercourse at any time within the next 48 hours to maximize your chances of conceiving.
