Ovulation Kit

I just started using the ovulation kit. I took my first test yesterday and was low fertility. When i went to take the test this morning I inserted na new test and the stick symbol blinked and then screen when blank. I tried ejecting and then inserting again and did not work. I even tried a new test stick. I just did my first round of Letrozole and really upset now I need to go buy a new kit. Can i get my $$ back for this kit that is not working?
