Ovulation Teat Stuck in Peak. Screen won't reset

Question

Ovulation test Peak is just staying on the screen even when I remove the pee stick and it's been a whole day. I bought a 2 month supply and I guess this thing is already shot! Of course I didn't save the receipt...who would think 'yea I'll probably return this?' How can I get a replacement or my money back?!

Peak Fertility is designed to remain constantly on the screen for 48 hours. Have intercourse at any time during this time to maximize your chance of getting pregnant. Stop testing for this cycle once Peak Fertility has been detected. The screen will clear after 2 days, and your holder and any remaining test sticks can be saved for use in a future cycle if needed.
