Ovulation Test strips error messages

I've been using the ovulation kit (which I used last year successfully). The pack I bought two weeks ago has been giving me error messages. I used test sticks with the reader I had from last year and I only get error messages. Faulty test strips?

Hi, Sue - I'm sorry to hear this, that's certainly not what we'd expect! Please call us at 1-800-321-3279 and mention reference number 1029.
