Ovulation test

Is the first clearblue easy digital test always negative on the first test you use to establish a baseline? Thanks

Thanks for your question, Qian. Which of our digital tests are you using - Clearblue Digital Ovulation Tests or Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests?

I alternate each cycle using either or...currently I'm using the clearblue digital ovulation not the advanced. Thank you

Thanks for writing back, Qian.

With Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests, the first test sets a baseline reading for changes in estrogen, and the first result can either be Low Fertility or Peak Fertility, but not High Fertility.

Clearblue Digital Ovulation Tests do not check for estrogen. Your first test result can be either a blank circle (no surge) or a smiley (LH surge) depending on your LH level.
