do you have to leave the stick in once you get your smiley face so that it stays displaying your smiley face as I have taken out my stick yesterday after it appeared now there is nothing showing does that mean that from yesterday and 2day are my most fertile days should I leave the stick in when this shows

Thanks for your question, Kirsty. Once you see the smiley, stop testing and have intercourse at any time within the next 48 hours to maximize your chance of conceiving. With Clearblue Digital Ovulation Tests (with pink caps), the smiley will remain on the display for 8 minutes. If your test sticks is still inserted and the display is now blank, eject the test stick and the result will appear for 2 minutes. Do not re-insert a used test stick.
