Peak Fertility but no High fertility tested

Hello,

I have had two months of testing - both days Peak fertility appeared on day 10. 

It went straight from Low to peak fertility. 

Does Peak fertility test the LH surge and the rise in estrogen? Or does a rise in estrogen have to be present in order for an LH surge?
