Peak Ovulation Tracking

Question

Once my peak has been indicated by the smiley face, I realize that I can't test again. I am now hoping to track my specific day of ovulation (super smiley)- do I have to buy a new test for this? My test is currently displaying the reading book because I tried it again after two days of the peak smiley. Thank you.

Thanks for choosing Clearblue! It sounds like you're using Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Tests which check for two hormones, estrogen and LH. As you may know, the LH surge occurs 24-36 hours before ovulation. Once the test displays peak fertility in the form of a solid smiley, ovulation is expected to occur at any time up until the next 24-36 hours. It's not necessary to continue testing after you've found peak fertility, and your holder and any remaining test sticks can be saved for use in a future cycle, if necessary.

We know it must have been disappointing to see an error symbol. Peak fertility is designed to remain on the screen for 2 days as a reminder that this is your most fertile time. It's not possible to test again while a result is still on the display, and attempting to do so can cause an error symbol.
