pee time

howdy- I have the fertility monitor and need help with my pee dunking method. It says to pee on the stick no more than 3 seconds but if you pee in a cup and dip it in- do it for 15 seconds. Is this with the assumption that you pee in the cup much earlier? I myself prefer peeing in the cup then immediately sticking the stick in there.

Hi there!  It's fine to collect your urine in a cup and test with it immediately.  Just be sure to use your first urine of the day and to test within your 6 hour testing window.  Hope this helps!

But how long do you dunk for? Confused by 'no more than 3 seconds' in urine stream vs 15 seconds in cup

When using urine which has been collected in a cup, hold the test stick in the urine for 15 seconds.

Women who prefer to test directly in their urine stream without collecting it in a cup should hold the test stick in the stream of urine for only 3 seconds.
