pinning my hope on this kit this month but error msg on holder.

Hello there, I bought the Advanced digital ovulation test (10 tests) and I tried it for the first time this morning. After inserting the strip i realized the icon shown was the "book and arrow" icon and according to the instruction manual, it refers me to question 20 and I am suppose to contact clearblue helpline but somehow unable to call from where I am now (singapore). The External lot no is 5197937223. I am suppose to start testing today but now am unable to :(:(:(.
