Positive preg test & then bleeding

Hello everyone

On day 11 dpo, I got a very faint positive (see pic). The same night, I began spotting (tiny amounts. The following day, I had bright red blood and needed to wear a tampon. I didn’t bleed Saturday night but then had small amounts of blood on Sunday which stopped by lunch time. Today (Mon arvo) I’ve just had one lot of light pink spotting only when wiping. My tests since have been negative. Had anyone experienced similar?

I had a MC in Feb. 

Had anyone experienced the same?
