Problem using monitor postpartum
I have been having difficulty with the monitor (not in cycles yet-using the postpartum transition protocol at nfp.marquette.edu). For the first 3 20-day cycles, all has worked just fine. After recently finishing another, I went to reset for a new cycle. I went to Day 5 so that I could start getting Day 6 readings. The issue this time is that on Day 6, it shows a low reading (w/o me putting in a stick) and doesn’t ask for me to insert a stick to read. The next few days it did the same thing.
I attempted to do a total reset where you see all of the symbols. I held the button down for much longer than 20 seconds. Nothing happened. I then attempted to just reset the day to 5 as before. Again, it reads “low” and doesn’t ask me to insert a test stick.
What is odd is that hitting m to get to low number again doesn't work. And neither does trying to reset the device altogether.

It's important to have cycles to use the monitor, and it's suitable for women whose natural cycle length is normally between 21 & 42 days. Feel free to give us a call if you have questions about this. We can be reached at 1-800-321-3279, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm ET. When calling, please mention reference #FB594. We wish you all the best!
