Product replacement

Hi there -
I recently purchased the Clearblue Digital with weeks indicator. The device is faulty and did not register a result at all (I have used several of them and it was not due to user error). How do I go about getting a refund for this expensive product? I don't imagine the store wants me to return it to them... yuck.

Hi Katy - Sorry to hear that.  Please keep the test, the box and the purchase receipt and call the Careline number for your location (you can find this on the box or the leaflet).  Many thanks.
