Reliable peak reading???

I started taking the digital ovulation tests on Saturday. This is my second clomid round and second cycle using these tests. On my fourth day, I woke up during the night to use the restroom and forgot to take my test. I took one about an hour or so later when I got up to get dressed for work, and it read "low"as it had the previous three days. Later that evening I held my urine and tested again. The test in the evening displayed a "peak" reading. I am wondering if the peak I received is a reliable reading since I had not previously received a "high" result, and I tested later in the day?
