Screen monitor

Hi, my monitor doesnt turn on correctly: it loads half the first words over and over. 
I already tried to take out the batteries and put them again, but it still isnt working. Do you know any reset buttons or something? I'm from Spain so I can't call the help telephon number. Thank you
