Setting monitor past day 5 of cycle

I have a clearblue fertility monitor, and have been using it regularly for over 2 years now. I was away on vacation last week, and started my period several days earlier than I expected. Therefore, I was unable to set my monitor until this morning. I need it to set to day 8, but it will only go up t o day 5. Is there anything I can do about correcting the day of my cycle on the monitor? Thank you!
