I took the test yesterday, and this morning when trying to take the test, the smile face won't disappear from the screen. Is the test broken? I've only used it for 2 months.
Hi Susan, I am really sorry for the delay in response. Perhaps your issue is already resolved, however, the smiley will be displayed for 2 consecutive days once you reach Peak Fertility. The holder will reset after 2 days and can be used in a future cycle if needed. We hope this helps!
