Solid smiley 2 days following menstrual cycle/error message following that

I used the Advanced Digital Ovulation test 2 days after my period ended and got a solid smiley face. Is it possible to ovulate this soon after a menstrual cycle?
Also, the smiley face stayed on the screen for 48 hours following this and then I got an error message showing the arrow pointing to the book. I haven't been able to use it after the initial day. What should I do?
