Static smiley then period

Question

This morning I took the test and finally got the static smiley after 10 days of a flashy smiley. Within an hour of the static smiley I got my period. How is this possible. When do I start testing again?

Hello - We'd recommend that you consult with your Doctor about your unexpected results before continuing to test again.  Unexpected results can be due to medical conditions such as menopause or PCOS, some fertility medications or recent pregnancy.  Wishing you all the best!
