Static Smiley..but light bleeding the next day? Previous ectopic...

Hello,

I had an ectopic pregnancy 5 weeks ago. I haven't had a period since but I did have a negative pregnancy test on week 3. Last week I would just see if I was ovulating...I had 6 days of flashing smileys, then I got my static smiley. I am still in the window of my static smiley, but have noticed some light bleeding when I went to the toilet.

Is it possible for my period to have arrived so closely to ovulation? Is this implantation bleeding from 2 weeks ago when we had sex? 

I'm going to assume the Clear Blue isn't incorrect as it developed into a static smiley. 

As my cycle hasn't resumed properly after my ectopic (I had a tube removed) I'm wondering if my cycle is just all over the place? I have read that you can ovulate 2 weeks after the surgery and I did have sex then.

I did a pregnancy test this morning but it's negative as suspected- but would be too early either way I think...

Any insight would be appreciated....xxx
