Temp spike but no peak on the fertility monitor?

Hi. I have been using the fertility monitor and taking my BBT for several months. The monitor has shown 2 bars but never peak. The charts also did not show ovulation. This month, however, my chart shows ovulation, but I still didn't peak on the monitor. I'm on Letrozole and progesterone. Is it possible to ovulate and not see the LH surge on the fertility monitor?

Thanks for contacting us about the Clearblue Fertility Monitor, Stephenie. Some medications and medical conditions can affect the results of the monitor. Letrozole may elevate estrogen levels, which may result in high fertility being declared early in the cycle, and thus more high fertility days during your cycle. In some cases of Letrozole use, the Monitor may not show the presence of an LH surge, even when you are ovulating.
