Test does not work
I ordered an ovulation testing kit from Amazon on October 31. I assembled the test according to the instructions. The "test ready" symbol never appeared. I tried again with the same stick and again with a new stick. The "test ready" symbol never appeared. The instructions refer the user to question 19, which instructs you to call the Clearblue Helpline. The only problem with that is, the Helpline is only available 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday. Am I supposed to take the test in to the office with me to discuss with a representative? My coworkers do not need to hear about my fertility or family planning. It's disappointing that a brand that makes a product strictly for women can't provide the opportunity to talk to a representative. I would like a new test or a refund.
