Test Error. No customer service line.

Blank Error received on Clearblue Digital test with Smart Countdown. When I call customer service I'm told the system is down. I have called numerous times over two days. What is going on? You pay a ton of money for a product, it doesn't work, and then the company doesn't want to acknowledge or help their customers...
